Miami, FL - Animal Welfare

About the Program

This program is ideal for those with or without veterinary background. Volunteers will be assisting local rescues with daily operations such as feeding and washing animals, giving medicine, and playing with those that need homes!

Opportunities may arise that Volunteers will have the chance to watch Veterinarian procedures. Volunteers can expect to deal with animals of all sorts such as dogs, cats, horses, birds, turtles, and more.

Volunteers that arrive in the Summer will have the opportunity to help organize a collaborative adoption festival with several local rescues. Not only will this adoption festival serve as rehoming plenty of animals but also serve as a means to educate the local community through short seminars and presentations
